Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 378bd ("378bd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 378bd platform at https://378bd.app — including all associated games, betting markets, cashier services, promotions, and customer support functions — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 378bd platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 378bd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 378bd. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 378bd platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 378bd enforces a strict 18+ policy. Any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from registering an account, making deposits, placing bets, or using any feature of the 378bd platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 378bd is lawful in your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated or otherwise unable to enter into binding contracts are not permitted to use the platform.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether voluntary (through 378bd's own self-exclusion tool) or imposed by any other gaming operator or regulatory body — at the time of registration or use.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the 378bd platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

378bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including age, identity, and address verification — at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 378bd's services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and the cashier — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You warrant that all information submitted during registration and thereafter is truthful and up to date. You are obligated to notify 378bd promptly of any changes to your registered information.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active 378bd account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP, or any access token with any third party. 378bd will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify 378bd support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 378bd cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to report a breach in a timely manner.
• Accurate information: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• KYC verification: 378bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are approved or during routine account reviews.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the 378bd platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no currency conversion and no foreign exchange spread applied to any transaction on the 378bd platform.

Accepted deposit methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. 378bd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear in your 378bd account balance.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to fully verified accounts that have completed the KYC process. You may only withdraw to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, or to a method verified as belonging to you during the KYC process.
• Withdrawal processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Other withdrawal methods may take longer. Processing times may be extended during exceptional circumstances or high-volume periods.
• Withdrawal to third parties: Withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals must be made to an account registered in the name of the 378bd account holder.
• Anti-money laundering: 378bd is committed to preventing money laundering and the funding of illegal activity. Any transaction that 378bd reasonably suspects may constitute money laundering or fraud will be frozen pending investigation. 378bd reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Transaction fees: 378bd does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or limits — particularly in relation to bKash and Nagad daily transaction caps. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

Bonuses and Promotions

378bd offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers on cricket betting losses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses at 378bd are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• One bonus per player: Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: 378bd reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any related winnings, and close the account of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using irregular betting patterns to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors to claim bonuses not intended for the player in question.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period, or where the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time frame, will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• Right to withdraw promotions: 378bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already opted in will be given a reasonable opportunity to complete any associated wagering requirement.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect bonus amount being credited to a player's account, 378bd reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the balance accordingly, regardless of whether the player has wagered against the erroneous amount.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the 378bd platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and supplement these general rules.

• Bets are final: Once a bet has been confirmed by the 378bd system and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. 378bd will not accept requests to void bets on the grounds of a player's change of mind or misunderstanding of the terms of the bet.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games at 378bd. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 378bd reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Odds and prices: All odds displayed on the 378bd sports betting platform are subject to change up to the point of bet placement. The odds available at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet is accepted and settled. Historical odds are not guaranteed.
• Errors in odds: In the event that a price is displayed in error — whether due to a technical fault, a data feed error, or a human error — 378bd reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and refund the stake to the player's account.
• Event cancellations and postponements: In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable sport rules, bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account in full.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets are governed by the same general rules as pre-match markets. In addition, in-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay to account for data feed latency. 378bd is not responsible for in-play bets that are placed based on information about the match that the player has obtained faster than the platform's data feed.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including disconnection, server error, or display error — the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be determined using the game provider's recorded server data, which is treated as the definitive record. 378bd's liability in the event of a genuine malfunction is limited to returning the stake for the affected round.
• Collusion and cheating: Any form of collusion, cheating, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other activity designed to give a player an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

378bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms associated with excessive or uncontrolled gambling. The platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools, the use of which is encouraged for all players and mandatory in certain circumstances.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their 378bd account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Players may enable session time alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play. This tool is available in the account settings section of the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Any player who feels they need to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion via the 378bd account tools or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Underage gambling prevention: Players with minors in their household are encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent access to gambling platforms. You must not allow any person under the age of 18 to access your 378bd account under any circumstances.

Account Suspension and Closure

378bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the event of any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or funding of illegal activity
• Collusion, cheating, use of automated software, or any other activity giving an unfair advantage
• Holding multiple accounts on the platform
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame after being requested to do so
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider
• Evidence that an account is being used by or accessed by a person under the age of 18
• Any other behaviour that 378bd reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its players, or its operational integrity

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 378bd will endeavour to communicate the reason for the suspension to the account holder and to resolve the matter promptly. Where an account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 378bd support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 48 hours. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. 378bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
